Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 6, 2026

Your privacy matters. This policy explains who processes your personal data, what data we collect, for what purpose and on what legal basis, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and what rights you have. It applies to this website and to any conversation you have with us through the contact form or WhatsApp.

1. Data controller

The controller of your data is Alejandro Pérez Bolaños, life coach and trainer, who carries out his professional activity as an individual based in Miami, Florida (USA).

For any question about your privacy or to exercise your rights, you can write to [email protected] with “Privacy” in the subject line, or use the form on the contact page.

2. Data we collect

We only process the data you voluntarily provide or that is generated when you communicate with us. We do not collect special categories of data (health, beliefs, etc.) and we ask that you do not include them in your messages.

This site uses no analytics or trackers: we do not collect browsing data for measurement purposes (see the Cookie Policy).

  • Contact form data: name, email address, and the content of the message you send us.
  • WhatsApp Business data: your phone number, profile name, and the content of the conversation you have with us through the number +1 786 502 6608.
  • Free guided meditation request data: the email or number you use to request it, so we can send it to you.
  • Email letters subscription data: your email address, your language, and the page you subscribe from.

3. Purposes of processing

We use your data exclusively for the purposes described below:

  • To respond to your inquiries and the messages you send us via the form or WhatsApp.
  • To provide and manage the services you engage (1:1 and corporate coaching, meditations, training, community, and journeys).
  • To send you the free guided meditation when you expressly request it.
  • To send you the email letters (newsletter) when you subscribe, with your express consent and an unsubscribe option in every email.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process your data on one or more of the following legal bases set out in the GDPR:

  • Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): to send you the free meditation and the email letters when you subscribe.
  • Performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): to respond to your inquiries and provide the services you engage.
  • Our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): to manage our communication with you, keep the site secure, and prevent fraudulent use.

5. Retention period

We keep your data only for as long as necessary for the purpose that justified its collection.

  • Inquiries that do not lead to a contractual relationship: up to 12 months from the last contact.
  • Customer and engaged-service data: for the duration of the relationship and, afterwards, for the applicable statutory tax and commercial limitation periods.
  • Data for sending the free meditation: until you withdraw your consent.
  • Once the periods have elapsed, the data is securely deleted or anonymized.

6. Recipients and processors

We do not sell your data. To operate, the site relies on service providers that act as processors and handle your data only on our instructions and under adequate contractual safeguards:

  • Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting and network and security services.
  • Meta Platforms, Inc. (WhatsApp): messaging through WhatsApp Business.
  • Brevo (Sendinblue SAS): the email platform we use to handle contact-form messages and to send the email letters (newsletter).
  • Public authorities or legal advisers, where there is a legal obligation or it is necessary to defend our rights.

7. International transfers

The controller is established in the United States (Miami, FL) and some of our providers process data in the United States. If you contact us from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, your data may be transferred to the USA.

In such cases, transfers rely on valid GDPR mechanisms, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or, where applicable, the provider's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, together with additional technical and organizational measures.

8. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the EU, the EEA, or the United Kingdom, you may exercise the following rights at any time:

  • Access: to know what data of yours we process.
  • Rectification: to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure: to request that we delete your data when it is no longer necessary.
  • Objection: to object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
  • Restriction: to ask us to restrict processing in certain cases.
  • Portability: to receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
  • Withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

9. How to exercise your rights

To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected] stating the right you wish to exercise. We may ask you to verify your identity. We will respond within a maximum of one month.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es) or the supervisory authority of your country of residence in the EU/EEA.

10. California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you reside in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, grants you rights over your personal information: the right to know what information we collect and why, the right to access it and request its deletion, the right to correct it, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

We do not sell or share your personal information within the meaning the CCPA gives to those terms. To exercise your rights, write to [email protected].

11. Minors

This site and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, write to [email protected] and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes to our services. We will post the current version on this page with its last-updated date.
